Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
low-carb
Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan/convection oven. First, place the tuna in a sieve and drain. It needs to be very dry, so it’s best to squeeze out any juices. Then place the cream cheese and eggs in a bowl. When the tuna is thoroughly dried, add it to the bowl. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and pizza seasoning. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet, spread the dough on it, and press it down. Once the oven is preheated, place the dough in the oven for 25-30 minutes. For the topping, peel and dice the onion. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the onion. Fry for a while and add the sugar. Dice the bell pepper and add it. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dice the ham and fry briefly. For the sauce, place the tomatoes in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and pizza seasoning. The base should now be ready. Remove it from the oven and spread it with the sauce, top it with the pan-fried vegetables, and sprinkle with the cheese. Then return everything to the oven for another 7-10 minutes at 200°C (400°F) until the cheese has turned slightly brown. If you want to make a single tray bake, you should scale up the recipe to 6 servings.
