- 1 Cauliflower fresh
- Potato
- 200 Milliliters Cream 30% fat
- Milk 3.8
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Dried parsley
- Flour
- Clean the cauliflower and cut off the florets. Wash and slice the potato. Make a roux from cream, milk and flour and season to taste well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Now stir in the cheese and parsley. Pour the vegetables into a sieve and let them evaporate briefly. Now put the vegetables in the prepared baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
