Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g peas, frozen
  • 150 g corn
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable broth
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

The low-carb version

Wash the cauliflower and grate it with a coarse grater. Dice the onion and ham. Bring the peas to a boil in vegetable broth. Sauté the onions and ham with fat in a non-stick pan. Add the corn and cook to taste. Remove the onions, ham, and corn from the pan. Add the cauliflower to the pan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Season generously with pepper and salt. Add the peas and the already sautéed ingredients to the cauliflower and cook for about 5 more minutes. Approx. 300 kcal per serving.
