Cauliflower Salad with Tahini and Lime Dressing
The perfect cauliflower salad with tahini and lime dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 2 tbsp Roasted pine nuts
- 1 tbsp Peeled hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Tahini (sesame mushroom)
- 1 piece Lime, juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil fruity
- 1 tbsp Date syrup
- 1 Handful Fresh parsley
- Salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric
- Wash the cauliflower and chop it up in the blender with repeated “pulses”. Put in a bowl. Then there are the roasted pine nuts and the hemp seeds. Mix in the pomegranate seeds at the end.
- For the dressing, stir the above-mentioned ingredients in a high-performance mixer (for me Nutribullet) until frothy (the parsley is fresh, gives a nice green color and fresh taste). Pour over the salad and let it steep for a few hours. I like to keep it in a jar. Broccoli mixed with cauliflower works great too, by the way.
