Cauliflower Schnitzel

  • 1 entire Cauliflower fresh
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Plate Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Spelled flour

Mashed potatoes

  • 1,5 kg Waxy potatoes

  • Salt

  • 2 piece Gardener cucumbers
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 1 pinch Dill

Mashed potatoes

  1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
  2. When they are soft, mash them with a potato masher and refine a little with me, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
