Cauliflower Tomato Vegetables

The perfect cauliflower tomato vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Big onion
  • 4 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
  • 3 Pc. Beefsteak tomatoes big
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 Pc. Bay leaves
  • 4 Pc. Cloves
  • 1 Branch ever Rosemary Thyme Origano
  • 1 tsp each Coriander fennel seeds
  • 1 Pcs. Each Fresh yellow & red peppers
  • 1200 g Cauliflower fresh
  • 0,5 Bd Chopped basil

Preparations:

  1. Dip tomatoes in boiling water for 2-3 seconds, peel and cut into cubes. Divide the cauliflower into florets, wash and drain. Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into strips, hook the garlic. Wash herbs and shake dry. Wash and core peppers, cut out white dividing walls. Finely grind the coriander fennel seeds in a mortar.

First step :

  1. Now you can add the cauliflower and paprika cubes to the sauce and cook everything covered for about 15 minutes.
