Cauliflower velvet soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 250 g sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the cauliflower, cut into small pieces, trim the stem, and cut into small pieces. Place in 1 liter of water, bring to a boil, cook until soft, and season with vegetable stock. Add the cream cheese and cream. Blend everything with a hand blender until fluffy. Season with pepper and salt if desired.
