Celery and apple soup with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 potato(s), boiled
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tsp fenugreek, ground
  • ½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100 ml cream
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Clean the celery and chop into large pieces. Peel the apple, core it, and roughly chop it. Peel and dice the garlic. Coarsely grate the potato. Heat the oil and butter in a saucepan and fry everything. Pour in water and simmer over low heat. Season with fenugreek, salt, pepper, vegetable stock powder, and a little sugar, if desired. Then puree finely, thin with water until the desired consistency is reached, and finish with cream.
