Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ bunch radishes
- ¼ celery root
- lemon juice
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- Liquid sweetener
- Spring onion(s) or chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean the radishes and slice them into thin strips. Peel and grate the celery, and mix with the radishes. Make a marinade with a few drops of lemon juice, yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and a few drops of sweetener and mix it with the vegetables. Finely slice a few spring onions or chives and sprinkle them over the salad for decoration.
