Celery-Apple-Grape Salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ celeriac
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 15 grapes, red
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • possibly black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the celery, grate it very finely, and place it in a bowl. Peel, quarter, core, and coarsely grate the apples, and place them in the bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and fold everything in. Halve or quarter the grapes (depending on size) and place them in the bowl. Gently mix everything together again (season with a little pepper beforehand if desired) and serve on a plate. I served it with meatballs from the day before and had a quick dinner. The salad, if portioned appropriately, is also perfectly suitable as an appetizer.
