with coffee cream, delicious with fish

Peel and dice the onion. Peel, wash, and coarsely grate the celery. Brown both together in the frying fat. Drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, add a little vegetable stock, and sauté. Dust the celery with flour, deglaze with coffee cream, and simmer until tender. Tastes great with fish (pike, perch, trout) and mashed potatoes.
