Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s), frozen
  • 150 g raw ham, sliced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small bottle(s) of sauce (shashlik sauce or other)
  • 200 g cream

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Thaw the chicken fillet slightly and cut lengthwise into 3-4 cm sticks. Wrap them in the ham slices and place in a covered casserole dish. Dice the onion and slice the bell pepper, then arrange both on top of the meat. Mix the shish kebab sauce with the cream and pour over the meat. Bake at 200°C (400°F) with the lid on for about 40 minutes. Done! You can vary this with any vegetables. It goes very well with rice, tagliatelle, or baguette!
