Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 large celeriac
  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 125 g butter
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the celery and dice it. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Simmer them in vegetable broth until soft. Drain in a large sieve. Rice the celery and potatoes through a potato ricer. Add the butter to the hot mixture and season. Done! The celery puree can be used like mashed potatoes. It tastes great!
