Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 celery bulbs
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- n. B. sugar
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Oil
- 1 small onion(s), diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Wash the celery and steam it until tender. Meanwhile, make a marinade with lemon juice, sugar, salt, and oil. Add the diced onion. Peel the celery root, cut it into bite-sized pieces, then add it to the marinade and let it marinate.
