Celery salad from Piedmont

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 celery
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 75 g sheep’s cheese
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • some lemon juice
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a wonderfully spicy specialty from Piedmont!

Cut the celery into small slices. Chop the walnuts and dice the feta cheese. Toss with olive oil and a little vinegar. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
