Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 oranges
- 1 small onion(s), red
- 2 spring onions
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
- 5 tbsp orange juice
- some pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and slice the oranges. Slice the onion as well. Arrange the oranges and onions decoratively on a deep plate. Sprinkle with pepper and drizzle with oil, vinegar, and orange juice. Slice the spring onions into rings and scatter them on top. Cover with foil and let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
