Celery Slices with Mustard and Herb Crust

- 1 Celery bulb
- 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
- 1 tsp Dried tarragon
- 1 tsp Dried marjoram
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Peel and halve the celery and cut into 0.5 to 1 cm thick slices. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and make a marinade. Spread on the celery slices with a small spoon.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Suitable as a vegetable side dish or as a main course with a salad
