Celery Slices with Mustard and Herb Crust

The perfect celery slices with mustard and herb crust recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Celery bulb
  • 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 1 tsp Dried tarragon
  • 1 tsp Dried marjoram
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Peel and halve the celery and cut into 0.5 to 1 cm thick slices. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  1. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and make a marinade. Spread on the celery slices with a small spoon.
  1. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Suitable as a vegetable side dish or as a main course with a salad
