Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1 dashes Angostura
  • 10 cl champagne, ice cold, dry
  • 1 piece(s) lemon(s) – peel, untreated

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

aperitif

Place the sugar cube in a champagne flute and soak it with Angostura. Fill the glass with champagne. Squeeze the lemon peel over the glass so the essential oils drip into the glass. Then add the peel to the glass and serve.
