Ingredients
- 200 g Freshly cooked mushrooms
- 1 Chopped onion
- 200 g Potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Fry the onions, add the chopped mushroom stalks and sauté with 1 teaspoon flour, add salt, pepper, tomato paste, paprika powder etc. and deglaze with water or vegetable stock. Boil potatoes, press steamed potatoes through a potato press. Fry the chopped onions in oil and fry the sliced mushrooms, add the spices as required, gently stew, refine with parsley
