Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g beans, green, frozen
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

like ham noodles but without noodles – but with green beans

Cook the beans according to the package instructions until tender. Dice the onion and ham and fry. Whisk 4 eggs in a cup and season with salt and pepper. Add to the ham and onions and let set. Stir to combine, then stir in the beans. This dish is delicious with boiled potatoes.
