Chanterelles

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

as a soup garnish

Knead all ingredients into a dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. Then, using 2 tablespoons, drop the balls into boiling salted water and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Then remove them with a ladle and serve with the soup. You can also add the chanterelles directly to the soup/broth. I also like to use herb salt instead of regular salt.
