- 8 Discs Roast pork with the brat stock
- 2 packet 250 g chanterelles
- 10 g Butter
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Ham cubes
- 150 ml Cream
- 100 ml Broth
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 kl. bunch Parsley
- Heat the meat in the frying stock and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the ham cubes with the onions in them until translucent. Add the frozen mushrooms and simmer until they are thawed and begin to fry. Add half of the cream and the stock, season with salt and pepper and cook with the lid on for about 15 minutes.
- Then stir in the rest of the cream, the chopped parsley and also the brats from the meat. Bring to the boil again, add the meat slices and serve on plates with parsley potatoes. Good Appetite!!
