Ingredients

- 1 pole Leek, clean, cut into rings
- 1 Zucchini, grated as sticks
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 g Herbal Cream Cheese
- 250 ml Vegetable broth

- Prepare the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet
ZuLau cheese cream
- Heat the oil in a high pan and fry the leek slices and zucchini sticks in it. Then stir in the herb cream cheese and fill up with vegetable stock and simmer a little. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange on plates together
