  • 1 pole Leek, clean, cut into rings
  • 1 Zucchini, grated as sticks
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Herbal Cream Cheese
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth

  • Prepare the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet

ZuLau cheese cream

  • Heat the oil in a high pan and fry the leek slices and zucchini sticks in it. Then stir in the herb cream cheese and fill up with vegetable stock and simmer a little. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange on plates together
