Cheescake Ice Cream with Raspberries

The perfect cheescake ice cream with raspberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 70 g Sour cream
  • 125 ml Cream
  • 150 g Sugar fine
  • 1 Pc. Organic lemon
  • 500 g Frozen raspberries
  • 4 Pc. Mint leaves
  1. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, sour cream and fine sugar together (the mixture must be smooth and free of lumps). The peel of the organic lemon is rubbed and mixed with the creamy mass. The whole ice cream mass is placed in the refrigerator for 1 hour to prepare. Then the ice cream mass goes into the ice cream machine. The finished ice cream mass is served in spherical form with raspberries and fresh mint.
