spicy but sweet

Cut both cheeses into 1-2 cm cubes. Wash and hull the strawberries, then quarter or halve them depending on their size. Cut the melon into small boats, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh from the skin. Dice the flesh. Strip the currants from the vines and wash them, then place everything in a bowl. Mix a dressing with vinegar, oil, water, salt, and pepper and drizzle over the salad. You may need more dressing, so use less to taste. Cut the cress from the garden and garnish the salad with it.
