  • 125 g garlic butter
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Perfect grilled bread with aromatic garlic butter and cheddar

Grease a springform pan thoroughly and preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Unwrap the bread roll dough, divide it as directed, and place it on a large board. Cut the garlic butter into 16 pieces and distribute it among the 16 pieces. Divide the grated cheese onto the buttered side of the dough pieces and press it in lightly. Place the dough pieces overlapping, cheese-side up, in a ring in the springform pan, leaving the center free. Then press down lightly all around. Place in the oven for approx. 15-17 minutes. Let the bread cool slightly, then turn out onto a plate and place it on a platter. If necessary, trim around the edges with a knife beforehand. Fill the center with a dip of your choice. We used a package of tzatziki. When grilling, the pieces can be easily torn off and dipped.
