Cheese and grape salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g Edam cheese
  • 400 g iceberg lettuce
  • 40 g grapes, blue
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the cheese into cubes or coarsely grate it. Wash and halve the grapes. Wash, trim, and chop the lettuce. Mix the salad, arrange it on larger lettuce leaves, and drizzle the oil and vinegar dressing over the salad.
