Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- ½ onion(s)
- 200 g feta cheese
- some salt
- some pepper
- some garlic
- 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 2 tbsp oil (e.g. olive oil)
- some balsamic vinegar, white
Instructions

delicious, easy and quick to make
Peel the bell peppers and onion. Dice them along with the feta cheese. Mix everything in a bowl. Season with herbs and spices. Add the oil and balsamic vinegar and mix everything together. Let it sit for half an hour before serving. Tip: If you like, you can also add some pickled green olives.
