Cheese and grape salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g grapes
  • 500g Gouda
  • 500 g cooked ham
  • 2 cups of whipped cream, 200 g each
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the grapes and halve or quarter them. Dice the cheese and ham. Combine everything in a large bowl. For the salad dressing, mix the cream with the sugar and mustard in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Pour the dressing over the remaining ingredients and mix.
