Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- 2 cans of tuna
- 20 cocktail tomatoes, halved
- 50 g butter
- 60 g flour
- 600 ml milk
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- herbal salt
- 2 balls of mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Cook the pasta until al dente and place it in a baking dish. Drain the tuna and add it to the pasta along with the tomatoes. Season with herb salt. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the flour for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the milk, salt, and tomato paste and simmer for about 10 minutes. Pour the sauce over the pasta and top with the sliced mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
