Cheese and ham spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 bowl of processed cheese (plain or herb)
  • ½ bunch chives, fresh
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the finely diced ham with the softened butter, cream cheese, finely chopped chives, and crushed garlic cloves, then chill. Delicious on all types of bread and pretzels. (You can also use herb butter instead of butter, or use 1/2 butter and 1/2 herb butter.)
