Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 400 g meat sausage, in one piece
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda, middle-aged) in one piece
  • 4 gherkins
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 100 g mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

perfect for brunch or a party buffet!

Peel the skin from the bologna and remove the rind from the Gouda cheese. Finely dice the sausage, cheese, and gherkins. Wash the chives and finely chop them. Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, and crème fraîche in a bowl and season. Add the chopped ingredients and mix. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
