Cheese Cake with Sprinkles

dough

  • 350 g Spelled Flour 125
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Chicken egg yolk fresh
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Pc. Lemon thereof 4 teaspoons. juice
  • 150 g Soft butter
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar and 1 bag of baking powder

filling

  • 750 g Quark lean
  • 125 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
  • 5 piece Egg yolk
  • 5 piece Protein
  • 1 tablespoon Semolina durum wheat
  • 1 tablespoon Grated lemon peel
  1. From the ingredients for the dough, knead the crumble by hand in a bowl.
  1. Grease a springform pan (28).
  1. Put half of the crumble in the springform pan and press firmly. put in a cool place.
  1. Preheat the convection oven to 160-170 C.
  1. Mix the filling, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and 5 egg yolks until foamy until a thick cream is formed. Then stir in the quark, semolina and lemon zest.
