Beef: Spicy, Juicy Entrecote

The perfect beef: spicy, juicy entrecote recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Entrecote, 350 g each
  • 10 piece Fresh onions
  • 3 Msp Steak pepper
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 1 piece Herb butter
  • 3 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Rinse the meat slices with cold water, pat dry and pat lightly.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan and fry the meat on both sides for a total of about 15 minutes, only then sprinkle with salt and pepper and keep warm.
  3. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Melt the butter in a large pan and stew the onions in it for about 15 minutes.
  4. Arrange entrecóte with herb butter and steamed onions on plates and serve.
