Beef: Spicy, Juicy Entrecote
The perfect beef: spicy, juicy entrecote recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Entrecote, 350 g each
- 10 piece Fresh onions
- 3 Msp Steak pepper
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- 1 piece Herb butter
- 3 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Rinse the meat slices with cold water, pat dry and pat lightly.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan and fry the meat on both sides for a total of about 15 minutes, only then sprinkle with salt and pepper and keep warm.
- Peel the onions and cut into rings. Melt the butter in a large pan and stew the onions in it for about 15 minutes.
- Arrange entrecóte with herb butter and steamed onions on plates and serve.
