Ingredients
- 50 g Butter
- 1 piece Onion, small
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 50 g Bacon
- 100 g Harzer cheese
- 80 g Camembert double cream, very ripe
- 1 tablespoon Cream cheese
- 100 g Cream cheese, homemade from yogurt *
- 2 tablespoon Cream 10% fat
- Pepper and salt
Instructions
- Peel and finely dice the onion and the clove of garlic. Also cut the bacon into tiny cubes.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and lightly fry the onion, ham and garlic cubes in it.
- Remove the rind from the Camembert and cut into small pieces together with the Harzer. Pour into the saucepan and slowly melt while stirring.
- Add the cream cheese and cream cheese and stir well. Dilute a little with cream.
- Season with salt and pepper, pour into a bowl and chill.
- * Put the yoghurt in a sieve lined with a strainer, cover, weigh down with a stone or something similar and place in the refrigerator overnight. Great drinks can be mixed from the whey. Process the cream cheese further as you like.
