Leberkäse with Difference
The perfect leberkäse with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Red pointed peppers
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 2 piece Carrots
- 3 piece Onion
- 1 kg Potato
- 2 disc Meatloaf
- 1 tbsp Herbs of Provence
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Clean the vegetables and cut them into large slices.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and mix with the oil. Season herbs from Provence.
- Peel the potatoes and cook them in quarters in salted water.
- When the vegetables and potatoes are ready, fry the meatloaf in a pan.
- In the meantime, use the potatoes to prepare the mashed potatoes with a little butter and milk.
- We had salt and mashed potatoes with it.
- Season the vegetables as well as the potatoes with salt and pepper.
