Leberkäse with Difference

The perfect leberkäse with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Red pointed peppers
  • 1 piece Zucchini
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 3 piece Onion
  • 1 kg Potato
  • 2 disc Meatloaf
  • 1 tbsp Herbs of Provence
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  1. Clean the vegetables and cut them into large slices.
  2. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and mix with the oil. Season herbs from Provence.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cook them in quarters in salted water.
  4. When the vegetables and potatoes are ready, fry the meatloaf in a pan.
  5. In the meantime, use the potatoes to prepare the mashed potatoes with a little butter and milk.
  6. We had salt and mashed potatoes with it.
  7. Season the vegetables as well as the potatoes with salt and pepper.
