Cheese crisps

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of dough, fresh dough chilled e.g. Sunday rolls
  • 1 medium egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 30 g mountain cheese, grated or Gruyère
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for nibbling, e.g. at skat evenings or similar

Remove the dough pieces from the can and cut each into three pieces, then shape them into small flatbreads. Whisk the egg yolk with the water and brush the flatbreads with it. Sprinkle with cheese and caraway seeds and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the second rack from the bottom for about 10 minutes.
