Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g honey
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 50 g almond(s), chopped
  • 50 g nuts
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

the muesli bar in cookie form

Heat the oat flakes in the margarine. Once cooled, mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Two spoons are enough to form the cookies onto a baking sheet. Bake at 175°C (350°F) with fan for 15-20 minutes. The cookies should be golden brown.
