  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 150 g spelt – whole grain, ground
  • 50 g oats (naked oats) with ground
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

  • 100 g milk
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (tamari)
  • Margarine or butter for the frying pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegetarian, spicy

In a 20 cm frying pan with a lid, whisk the egg with the cream cheese. Combine the spelt, oats, turmeric, salt, sugar, and Gouda cheese, then add to the pan and continue stirring. Add enough milk to make a batter, then add the tamari and mix everything well for 5 minutes on medium heat. Pour into a greased frying pan, smooth the surface, close the lid, and bake on level 3 of a possible six for about 35-40 minutes. When the surface is no longer moist, flip the pancakes and bake on the turned-off stovetop for about another 8 minutes. Serve hot. My own recipe.
