Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cheese (leftovers)
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 apple
  • 10 walnuts
  • 10 pistachios
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 handful of grapes, seedless
  • a few stalks of chives
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. vinegar
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the ingredients into fairly small pieces. Season generously with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. If desired, you can also add leftover sausage (salami, ham, bacon, etc.) or meat. Let it simmer for a while. You can omit or substitute any ingredient (except the cheese); you’ll always end up with an interesting salad.
