Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 3 tbsp, heaped flour
- 250 ml water
- 250 ml milk or 250 ml Rama Cremefine for cooking
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 handful of cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a roux with butter and flour. Deglaze with a little water until the mixture forms a nice paste, stirring well to avoid lumps. Add the milk or Rama Cremefine. If necessary, add a little more water to make the sauce nice and creamy. Wash and grate the zucchini, then add it to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and spices. Finally, stir a handful of grated cheese into the sauce. Also delicious with a splash of white wine. Goes well with pasta or boiled potatoes.
