Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g baguette(s)
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 50 g cheese (Emmental)
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious snack or ideal for grilling

Halve the baguette and cut into palm-sized pieces (approx. 10 cm). Then puree the remaining ingredients with a hand blender and spread them on the baguette pieces. Bake on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
