Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 400 g leek (creamed leek)
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 250 g processed cheese with herbs
- 250 g cream cheese spread
- Garlic
- pepper
- Salt
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brown the minced meat with garlic in a pan, add the remaining ingredients to a pot, and heat (important: the mushroom liquid must be added as well!). Add the minced meat. Once the cheese has dissolved, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Serve with white bread.
