Cheese – Tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda)
  • some salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the tomatoes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut-side up. Finely grate the cheese, press the garlic through a garlic press, and add to the cheese. Season with pepper and salt (just a little, the cheese is already salty) and spread over the tomato halves. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes and serve while still hot.
