Cheese topped with raclette cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g halloumi
  • 60 g raclette cheese with garlic
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • some rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

Low-carb starter or snack

Preheat the oven to 250°C (top heat). Cut the halloumi into 2 cm thick slices. Cut the raclette cheese into 5 mm thick slices and place on top of the halloumi. Season with rosemary, if desired, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 4 minutes in the top half of the oven until a crust forms.
