savory, information for a cake tin with a diameter of 28 cm
For the yeast dough, mix the flour and salt well in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, add it to the bowl with the flour, and let it rise in the covered bowl for 15 minutes. Add the sunflower oil and egg and knead everything well. Let the dough rise in the covered bowl at room temperature for at least 2 hours. For the minced meat filling, heat the oil in a pan, brown the minced meat, and season with salt and pepper. Roll out a little more than half of the dough, place it in a greased 28 cm diameter cake tin, and form a rim. Place the browned minced meat on the dough and spread the following ingredients on top: tomato ketchup, mustard, the roughly diced onion (pan-fried first if desired), the sliced gherkins, and the processed cheese slices. Roll out the remaining dough, place it over the filling, and seal the edges tightly. Brush the dough lid with water or milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the cheeseburger cake at 180 degrees fan oven for 20-25 minutes.
