Cheeseburger noodles

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • 1 cup of cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • Oil or vegetable cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the onion and fry in a little oil or vegetable cream in a pan until translucent. Then add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Once everything is well cooked, add the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce. Stir briefly and then top up with the stock. Now add the noodles and make sure they are almost covered with liquid. If there isn’t enough stock, just add a little more water. Cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes over medium heat until the noodles are tender. Sprinkle over the cheese, stir in the cream, season to taste and serve.
