  • 2 tbsp pizza seasoning

  • 2 gherkins

  • ketchup
  • mayonnaise

  • 50 g cheese, grated

Season the minced meat with pizza seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic, and fry until crumbly. Cut the onion into thin half rings, the tomato into thin slices, and the gherkins into slices. Separate the egg. Lightly whisk the egg yolk and egg white separately. Roll out the puff pastry and spread mustard and ketchup lengthwise in the center. Place the minced meat on top. Sprinkle with mayonnaise. Then top with the gherkins, onion, and tomatoes. Place the sliced ​​cheese on top. Brush the edges with egg white and fold the filling into the puff pastry. I press the edges in a little with a fork to help it stick together. Brush the egg yolk over the roll and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and cut into about 12 slices.
