Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g cream cheese, also low-fat
  • 300 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 biscuits, (whole wheat butter biscuits)
  • 1 cup spread (fruit spread), raspberry or strawberry
  • possibly raspberries, fresh, or berries of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla sugar well. Crumble the butter cookies and fill two-thirds of the crumbs into glasses. Layer the cream cheese mixture and a level tablespoon of fruit spread alternately in the glasses, then chill for 45 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs over the dessert just before serving. It tastes even better with fresh raspberries (or any other berries).
