Cheesecake muffins from the air fryer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark (40%)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 18 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Drain the mandarins and let them drain. Mix everything except the mandarins into a mixture. Pour into muffin cups. Place the small mandarins on top. Bake in the Airfryer XXL at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
